Navigate to January of the past year

Look at your weeks, activities, meetings, people you spent time with

Place yourself mentally in the shoes of that past version of yourself

Think about your core behaviors, mindsets, habits from those moments

Ask: What about that younger version of myself makes me cringe now?

Those cringe moments are where you've changed your mind

Repeat process looking at energy-creating vs energy-draining activities across the year
